Kunst in het Dorp 2025
Kunst in het Dorp is organised 2 annually at Castle-Convent Ter Loo in Bellingen. The artists integrate their works in the various rooms and in the garden of the historical site.
Kunst in het Dorp will exceptionally also take place in Bellingen's abbey church and other locations along a short walking trail from the castle-monastery to the abbey church. Art in the Village 2025 will run on 13, 14, 20 and 21 September 2025.
Besides art forms such as painting, drawing, fine art, glass art, photography, audiovisual art, green art, jewellery art, paper art and music, other contemporary art forms such as experimental art, conceptual art, performance and (insitu) installation art will also be featured.
Interested artists wishing to participate in the exhibition can apply until 31/10/2024 using a digital entry form.
The following criteria for selection to participate are important: the quality of the artworks, originality (with regard to theme, subject, concept, technique, design, nature, size...), integration (appropriate presentation both indoors and outdoors) and variation of style within the participating disciplines. Our vision: dialogue and interaction with the environment, the location or possibly a fellow artist is essential and crucial.
