catching movement.

catching movement.

"catching movement" is a video which resulted from Kinga Jaczewska's fascination and research on/for movements which exist without prior organisation or choreography to them and whose activation or purposeless existence do not depend on viewer's gaze, -  movements which continue even when unobserved.

"catching movement" captures the dialog between (our) action and stillness. It questions our perception of movement as well as our expectation and attachment to an 'event'.
