The day she made this piece was the day she was waiting in the doctors office to know the results of her radiography. This drawing represents the fear of the unknown cause that gave her so many painful days. Was her vertebrae broken? Did she have a nerve squeezed somewhere, where it shouldn't? Something stuck in her back that she had no idea of?

After 3 years of intense work on her back,  Fleedermauws was finally informed that she suffers from a scoliosis in her upper back. A rare finding.
